No Meetings BUT we will be hosting a Family Fun Night on Thursday, 7/30 @ Fifth Third Park! We have 20 Home Plate Seats reserved! Price per ticket is $18 payable directly to HBA Spartanburg. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME!

Executive Officer Announcement

Hello and happy Friday!

Our Social Media Member Highlights Series is going great, but we still need submissions from YOU! Don't forget to email those to me. I hope to share at least 1 highlight a week on our Facebook & Instagram feeds. Your highlights can be major accomplishments or minor wins, a favorite project or recent achievement. Simply complete the Member Highlights Form and email it to me with your company logo and a professional or group picture.

REMODELERS WANTED! Many of you do your fair share of remodeling in addition to new construction home building. Our Remodelers Committee will meet once a quarter at the HBA Spartanburg office @ 1pm on the following dates: 3/2, 6/1, 9/14, & 11/2. If you are interested in being part of this committee, please let me know. Some general topics of discussion: codes & grandfathering of existing conditions; subcontractor reviews & referrals; architect reviews & referrals, share best practices; historical house regulations and how to navigate; material abatement (lead/asbestos/etc.).

March 12th we will be holding a Fish Fry at our office! Plus, Southeastern Insurance Consultants will be making Brunswick Stew! We are still in need of sponsors for the event. Please see the list below and reach out to secure your spot today!

Fish Fry: HBAGS OFFICE (3/12/26)

$800 Presenting Sponsor Supports the cost of whiting fillets & breading, hush puppies, slaw, & fries.
$600 Beer Sponsor Supports the cost of each attendee receiving 1 drink ticket and renting The Happy Tappy Camper featuring 4 draft beer options. *If no beer sponsor, alcohol will be BYOB*
$450 Supporting Sponsor Supports the purchase of non-seafood menu items (chili, stew, &/or bog, etc.), accoutrements, non-alcoholic drinks, dessert, & accessories needed for the event.
$140 Sign Sponsor Signage displayed at the event, website/social media/newsletter exposure, & on tabletops.

Registration for our Spring Golf Tournament on 4/15 will be out in early March. I have already had several folks come forward to secure their teams and sponsorships. If you know what sponsorship you would like, feel free to email me and I will reserve it for you.

Business Hours

The HBA Spartanburg Business Hours are open Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, the office may not be open even though business is being conducted (i.e. meetings, classes, remote work, etc.). If you plan to visit the office, please call us at 864-583-5471 so that we can ensure the office is open when you arrive.

The HBA office will be closed the following days:

The office may be closed at other times as needed. Please phone ahead if you plan to visit the office. Payments, Registration Forms, etc. may be dropped in the mail slot in the front door when the office is closed.
