State Bar Extends Membership Fee Deadline
The State Bar, at the initiative of the Membership Department, asked the Texas Supreme Court to extend the deadline for payment of membership fees to October 31, 2020. The court has agreed to the extension in the 23rd Emergency Order. Read more here.
Please Consider Donating Blood
Please consider giving blood at tomorrow's HBA/HBAA/HYLA blood drive, August 11 at Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Click here for the 11th. Use the donor code HBA1 to credit the HBA. One donation can save up to three lives!

We need new locations to host blood drives. Hosting requires a room and access to restrooms; the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center handles the rest. If you would like to host a blood drive, contact Bonnie Simmons at bonnies@hba.org.
