Judicial Evaluation Closes 5:00 p.m. Friday
The 2019 HBA Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8. All current HBA members with a valid email address on file have been invited to participate via a unique email from noreply@ BallotBoxOnline. com. Please make sure your spam filter will allow this email address. Members should have personal, firsthand experience before a judge to evaluate that judge. If you have not yet participated, you will receive reminder emails from BallotBoxOnline.
This Saturday, Beautify the Botanic Garden
The HBA's Lawyers for a Beautiful Houston (L4BH) Committee's first event of the bar year is this Saturday, November 9 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Help the committee perform horticultural tasks and site beautification at the new Houston Botanic Garden. All ages welcome. Click here to RSVP.
Drop off Clothing, Diapers & Luggage Now Through Nov. 15
The Campaign for the Homeless Committee is accepting clothing, disposable diapers, soft luggage and monetary donations for its annual drive. Click here to submit the participation form and to learn more. Contribute funds at www.hba.org/clothingdrive

Drop off donations at the Heritage Plaza loading dock on Dallas Street, weekdays November 1-15, 8:00-11:00 a.m. or 1:00-4:30 p.m.

Through November 14, the HBA is also accepting item and monetary donations to fill gift bags for veterans living at DeGeorge at Union Station and U.S. Vets at Midtown Terrace. Click here to learn more and make a donation online.
Help Family Law Section Spread Holiday Cheer at Visitation Center
