Home Builders Association of Fayetteville
2018 Annual Report

Jay Johnson, 2018 President Remarks
I was honored to serve as the 55 th President of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville. I am appreciative to the board of directors and committee members who made this year a financial success. Building and selling the Idea House was our largest project. This collaborative event brings our members, our vendors and our community together to promote new home sales. The current board of directors will make decisions on how to best use the proceeds to further member services. We are in our second year with FTCC to endow a scholarship in the Construction Management Program. I encourage you to get involved at the HBAF. Your involvement will help your business grow and you will make some friends along the way. All the best to you in the New Year.

We Are Going Paperless in 2020
What does this mean for you?
The HBA of Fayetteville will no longer “snail mail” your invoices for dues or events. Invoices will be sent by email only, beginning January 2020 . You have one year to prepare. It is important that you have an email that you check regularly on file so that you receive all of your invoices. You are able to login to your HBAF account and update your email address at your convenience.

Additionally, when you pay your dues by credit card, you are automatically enrolled into autopay. Your credit card will be charged your membership dues during your anniversary month each year.

We appreciate your assistance and understanding as we transition to this new paperless process.
