REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR HBAG WINTER MEETING
Please join us for the 2017 Winter Board Meeting and Legislative Rally on February 21, 2017 at the Capitol. This is the perfect opportunity for talking with local legislators and learning the issues important to them that might affect home building. In return, legislators are able to learn from individuals in the building industry. Please call your legislator ahead of time and set an appointment to meet. Legislative issues will be provided closer to the day of the event.

Construction Codes Will Remain the Same for 2017 - Swimming Pool Code Becomes Mandatory
Update from the HBAG Regulatory Affairs Committee
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) states that there will be no new code editions for 2017. The 2012 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC) with GA Amendments that provides construction standards for residential and commercial pools will become mandatory. Training classes on the Swimming Pool Code are being conducted around the state. Check the HBAG website for dates and locations.
