10 Tommy Tune Nominations for Mary Poppins the Musical!
Congratulations to our amazing Performing Arts students and faculty for their production of Mary Poppins! Houston Christian High School received the most nominations of any school for the upcoming Tommy Tune awards. Tune in on Tuesday, April 30 to see HC students perform during the awards ceremony!

Spring Break - HC Students Love to Travel
Over the break, our students traveled to Italy and Greece. They spent a week immersing themselves in as much history and culture as possible. From visiting the Vatican in Rome, to hiking up the Acropolis in Athens, to beautiful days on the coast, our students learned about rich culture and heritage in person. They took part in traditional Greek dancing lessons and even made their own homemade gnocci for dinner one night. Students at Houston Christian are continually encouraged to experience the world around them! #HCtravels

Mustang Madness Day
Building community and school spirit is a priority at HC. This year, we took it many steps further! We wanted to provide students and faculty alike with a new, fun event on campus designed to encourage strong bonds and healthy friendships. Thus, Mustang Madness Day was born!

Our vision for Mustang Madness Day was to take a day away from school responsibilities and build relationships through fun, shared experiences. On Wednesday, March 27, campus was transformed with a day full of surprises. With an unexpected announcement requesting all students report to the Pampell Chapel, suddenly, the students, faculty and staff's day was changed. Everyone on campus was invited to participate in fun games, crafts, and activities. We had board games, video games, movies, bubble soccer, 9-square, and more, set up all over campus for everyone to enjoy. Click here and see all the fun we had!

Join us! While we can't give you a Mustang Madness Day, we do have alumni events set for spring 2019. We hope you can join us in fun and fellowship at one of the events listed below.
Houston Christian Dads Club!
This month we hosted a kick-off for the HC DC, or Houston Christian Dads Club. Our fathers gathered in the Pampell Chapel with their students for breakfast and an introduction to the goals of the new Dads Club.

HC DC aims to foster and build a spirit of collaboration across various school activities to support and strengthen relationships with parents, students and faculty staff.
A huge thanks to John Mackel, Jeff Thibault, Frank Schageman, and Tanner Spears (L to R) for working with Dr. Livingston to spearhead this group with an important mission.
Upcoming Events!
Join us in College Station for Dinner with our Aggie Alumni! Whether you are living in College Station or A&M lives in your heart - come enjoy some fellowship and food with friends.

Kaitlin Panaccione '11 was on campus to talk about her work as a consumer brand manager. She has worked with Ferrero USA (marketing chocolate!) and is currently the Assistant Brand Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors.

She talked to students about the importance of staying involved in things you love (like volunteering and intramural sports) and to do lots of internships. Her journey has been interesting and fun!

Our students love hearing about alumni experiences and the reasoning behind their career choices.
