New HCAN video available | Preparing for Your Child's Check-Up Video
We are excited to share that HCAN has developed a video for parents of young children to help prepare them for their child's upcoming well child check. The video speaks to the importance of these check-ups for all children, not just babies, and helps them learn about what to expect at the appointment.
To help improve their well child check rates, we encourage health centers to use this video in their marketing, on waiting room TVs, or text message and email campaigns.
Spanish video can be found here.
Karen coming soon!
Implementation guide can be found here.
