Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training

Greetings!

As you may recall from December 2020 and January 2021, Springbrook is required to collect EVV data and provide training refreshers annually to all users. Click here for EVV frequently asked questions and click here for the notice mailed 12/23/20. 
All HCBS and SDS Employees must complete EVV training in Dayforce Learning by 8/1/2021. 
Springbrook provides EVV training at New Employee Orientation; additionally, EVV training is now a part of Springbrook’s annual training requirements. Please see the EVV Fact Sheet for Medicaid Beneficiaries and Families posted on the NYS Department of Health´s EVV website.
