Help Us Test Our HCBS Measure Set

Researchers at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab are seeking current and former recipients of home and community-based services to test a set of surveys designed to measure the person-centeredness of HCBS. The surveys were developed by the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on HCBS at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Eligible participants will complete two 1-hour surveys via phone or Zoom about their experiences with HCBS. Accommodations are available. Participants will be compensated.
