We pause to honor and thank the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Your service and commitment protect the freedoms we hold dear, and we are deeply grateful.

At the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce, we are proud to recognize our local veterans and active-duty service members—not only on Veteran's Day, but every day. Your leadership, resilience, and spirit of service continue to inspire our community.

❤️🤍💙 Thank you, veterans.

Please note: Our office will remain open on Tuesday, and we invite you to join us in taking a moment to reflect and express gratitude to those who have served.

The W.I.S.H. (Where Is Santa Hiding?) Event is Back!

The Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the return of one of our favorite holiday traditions — W.I.S.H. (Where Is Santa Hiding?)!

From Saturday, December 6 through Saturday, December 13, shoppers will be on the lookout for Santa hiding at participating local businesses for a chance to win exciting prizes!

Each day, we’ll share clues about Santa’s location on our social media pages. When you find him, simply take a photo, post it on Facebook, use our official hashtags, and tag the Chamber to be entered into the drawing.

For those who prefer to participate without social media, each participating business will have a decorated entry box where you can submit your name and contact information for entry.

This fun and festive community event is a wonderful way to support local businesses, enjoy some holiday spirit, and maybe even win a prize or two!

Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks!

Let’s make this holiday season merry, bright, and local!

Did you know........

Small businesses represent the largest segment by number of most local chamber membership rolls. Results in the research study by The Shapiro Group, Inc. and Market Street indicate the impact of local chamber membership on small businesses is very powerful. If a consumer knows a small business is a member of its local chamber, the business enjoys a 44 percent increase in its consumer favorability rating, a 51 percent increase in consumer awareness, a 57 percent increase in its local reputation and a 63 percent increase in the likelihood that consumers will patronize the business in the future.

Research indicates that chamber membership stimulates business-to-business commerce in the local community. Other businesses in town are more likely to do business with you and your company if you are a member of the local chamber. Because a major part of a small business typically comes from business-to-business services, it is essential to maintain a positive standing within the local business community.
