Happy Holidays!!

happy-holidays-header4.jpg
From our family to yours, we wish you a very happy and safe holiday season!

We are so grateful and thankful for our wonderful provider community! We could not achieve our mission without your unwavering support. This past year we saw the voters of this community approve our levy with 76% support, which was our highest level of support ever. We believe this would never have been possible without our providers!

So thank you for supporting us and for doing the work that matters so very much to this community. We look forward to another successful year in 2020!
