Our Operations Manager Victoria Adams (pictured third from the left) successfully completed her Leadership Mohawk Valley Course! This class allowed her to expand her understanding of community issues and assets in the Mohawk Valley; be inspired by the innovative and remarkable businesses and organizations that are making an impact on our world; and discover the interconnectedness of our region while building her network and enhancing her leadership skills. Our Administrative Assistant, Jenn Young, will be following Victoria's lead by taking the class this upcoming year!

Victoria has been a crucial part of the IDA, and we are beyond proud of her continuous hard work and dedication to our team! Congratulations Victoria!
