March 2022 HCP Statewide Meeting - See you there!

We will be using Zoom to connect virtually for this meeting. You will have the option to turn on your webcams so that we can see your friendly faces from across Colorado; please consider doing so! This session will be recorded for those of you who are unable to attend; however, we'd love for you to join us so that you can actively participate! Zoom help & reminders.

COVID-19 Resources

Colorado State COVID-19 Vaccine Web Pages

COVID-19 vaccine web page Includes information about who is currently eligible for a vaccine and other information such as vaccine safety and efficacy. Find out where you can get vaccinated on this interactive map.
 
General Population Vaccine Eligibility
The general public, 5 years of age and up, is now eligible. Your community trusts information coming from you, even those who are hesitant to get vaccinated. Find more information on how to answer their questions.
 
Booster dose
Anyone 12 years of age and older who was vaccinated against COVID-19 five months ago can be eligible to receive a booster dose.
 
Free KN95 and surgical grade masks
The Colorado Division of Homeland Security will offer free masks at public places across the state.
 
Rapid At-Home COVID testing program
Health First Colorado and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) will pay for at-home COVID-19 tests. Each enrolled Health First Colorado member can get up to 15 free at-home tests per month from pharmacies that serve Health First Colorado. Each enrolled CHP+ member can receive up to eight tests per month. Health First Colorado and CHP+ will reimburse the pharmacies after members receive the free tests.

As part of a new federal government initiative, at-home COVID tests can now be requested for delivery through the United States Postal Service or by calling 1-800-232-0233. Individuals who have a disability and need additional help with ordering and administering COVID tests, can call Disability Information and Assistance Line (DIAL) Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern) at 888-677-1199 or by emailing DIAL@usaginganddisability.org.

Colorado’s call line for general questions about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines. 
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Coping with Stress

  • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has created a new webpage for coping with stress in the difficult times resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. The page includes a breadth of resources for those in crisis, for families and children, for healthcare workers and for employees coping with job stress. Check out the CDC’s page for content that may be relevant to you, your colleagues, and the families you work with.
