Good Morning Residents!
The month of March is all about new beginnings and blooming possibilities! Since we have so many Resident Walkers...let's have some Fun!:
In March, the search for four-leaf clovers becomes a delightful pastime. Did you know that the odds of finding a four-leaf clover are about 1-5,000? People often associate them with good luck, and some believe each leaf symbolizes hope, faith, love, and luck.
If you happen to find a four-leaf clover in March, bring it up to the resort and show me! Your good luck will come true with a fun prize!
MANAGEMENT UPDATES/REMINDERS:
Tiger Sanitation - Brush/Leaf Bags:
-
Residents are allowed to have up to 3 Brush/Leaf Bags for free with a scheduled pickup. There are 2 ways to schedule this free service; first is by contacting Jo Lynn (at the Resort's Front Desk) by email jlcano@ccmcnet.com or contacting Tiger Sanitation directly at 210-333-4287. Pickups are only scheduled on Mondays, but again, they will not pick up these extra bags, unless you are on the schedule.
-
In addition, the Community Wide Bulk Pickup is scheduled for April 20th; see the Tiger Sanitation Flyer for acceptable items (which will include brush).
Election Signage:
- As a reminder, Election/Political Signage must be removed from your yard no later than 10 days after the Election Date (Election Date is March 5th). Removal of the signage must be completed by March 15th.
2nd Quarter Assessment Statements:
-
As you may have noticed we have a new look to our HOA Statements this quarter, they can be a little confusing if you don’t know what you are looking at. If you see a parentheses ( ) with an amount due, this means you have a credit of that amount. Please email Dee Dee Howard if you have any further questions at dhoward@ccmcnet.com.
Indoor Pool Room Evaluation:
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
- Community Garage Sale - April 13th
- Community Bulk Pickup - April 20th
- Community Shred Event - April 23rd
- Annual Membership Mtg (more info to come next week) - May 21st
Have a beautiful weekend and happy hunting (of four-leaf clovers)! :)
Sincerely,
Cassie Thompson, CMCA, AMS
