This fall, HDFS is launching a Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence program. Each academic year, the residency program will welcome prominent, local social entrepreneurs to serve as educators, mentors, and advocates for social innovation and entrepreneurship on UD's campus.
The Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence will serve in a month-long role to facilitate discussions and encourage further understanding and engagement in social entrepreneurship on campus. Appointed social entrepreneurs-in-residence serve as area experts both inside and outside the classroom, with activities ranging from "brown bag" practitioner talks, classroom presentations, one-on-one student coaching, campus-based advocacy, event coordination, and research engagements. Latiaynna Tabb MS '15, owner and founder of Tabb Management,
(pictured above)
will be serving in this role for the month of October.
