MADE IN SNOHOMISH – Order Today!
When COVID-19 altered our daily lives, Historic Downtown Snohomish merchant businesses came to a “screeching halt”. Businesses, which had invested years in building loyal customers, suddenly had to close their doors.

To survive, Snohomish businesses had to re-imagine a new normal and adapt its customer outreach and strategies. Since visitors couldn’t come to Snohomish, Historic Downtown Snohomish would go to the people. Made in Snohomish Bags was born! HDSA realized businesses would not survive in the old model right now and as rents were due for the merchants, something needed to change. Working together with Wendy Poischbeg, City of Snohomish Economic Development and Communications Manager, an idea came to life. Our merchants have uniquely Snohomish products and we have the enthusiasm, so let’s create  Made in Snohomish Bags featuring products we all love from our Historic Downtown Snohomish merchants.

This month’s Mother’s Day Bag” will feature whole bean coffee from Looking Glass Coffee , chocolate coffee beans from Proper Joe Coffeehouse , wines from Kasia and Randolph Cellars , tea from Everything Tea , and lilac soap from Artisans Mercantile . Next month in honor of Father’s Day we are working with Andy Gibbs from Andy’s Fish House to order smoked salmon. July baskets will feature Quilting Mayhem and Country Yarns as part of a summer crafting Made in Snohomish Bag .
