All the stories I've heard on the menopause make it sound like a rite of passage where you grin and bear it... much like childbirth!!!

Each month we'll share with you our free
webinar looking at health from a three point perspective:

Our first webinar on 18th January will be delving into the menopause.
Rachel has been through the menopause herself so she'll be sharing her personal insights into how to travel this journey and come out 'feeling human'.
Jacob will be sharing his health insights on how you can promote a healthy and less aggressive menopause. And of course, I'll be sharing with you how to create a home environment that nurtures and support you during this important stage of your life.
