In June, HEART was honored to be awarded a $7,000 grant from the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® (SAMCAR) Foundation in support of our First Time Homebuyer Program.

Welcome new Board Member, Bart!
In April we welcomed our newest member on HEART's Board of Directors, Bart Pantoja.

Bart is the Business Manager and Financial-Secretary-Treasurer for the Building & Construction Trades Council of San Mateo County. We are thrilled to have his expertise and insight on our board. Welcome, Bart!
ADU Program Hits
300 Downloads!
Our Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program provides FREE construction plans to help homeowners save thousands on design costs. This summer, our program hit over 300 downloads! We also provide a FREE informational handbook about ADUs and green/sustainable options.

HEART has also partnered with several cities to pre-review our FREE green ADU designs to reduce permit approval times and streamline the permitting process. Cities that have pre-reviewed our designs include South San Francisco, Redwood City, Belmont, Daly City, and East Palo Alto.
