Three Wins for Oak Hill Ranch's Ripline and

Two Wins for Donna Cameron's Verida

Medfield, Massachusetts, USA. July 7, 2014

Pan American team gold medalist Heather Blitz won all five classes she entered at the King Oak Dressage Show in Northampton, MA on July 5-6, 2014.  Oak Hill Ranch's six year old Danish Warmblood stallion Ripline (Hotline x Riviera - Cavan) won the Young Horse Test of Choice (FEI YH Final for 6 year olds) with 81.4% on Saturday, and the Young Horse 6yo Markel Qualifier with 81.6% on Sunday, as well as the USEF Third Level, Test 3, with a score of 70.385%.

Riding Donna Cameron's 12 year old Dutch Warmblood mare Verida (Rousseau x Zida - Onyz) from Cutler Farm Dressage, Blitz also won the Prix St George with 67.566% on Saturday, followed by the Intermediare I scoring 70.329% on Sunday.

Ripline has showed consistent form this year as he completes his qualification for the Markel/USEF Young Horse Championships, which take place at the Lamplight Equestrian Center, Wayne, IL August 20-24, 2014.

Blitz was delighted with the the development of this young stallion who she rates very highly. "This was one of those shows when he didn't put a foot wrong. I've been training him for three years now and he's such a pleasure to work with. He has a great work ethic and, for a young stallion, it's impressive how he settles down to his job at a competition and listens to me.  We now have the scores to qualify for the national championships, which is an important milestone in his young career, so I'm thrilled for Oak Hill Ranch and looking forward to showing him there," said Blitz.

Donna Cameron, who owns Cutler Farm Dressage where Blitz is the Head Trainer, was very proud of her mare Verida whom Blitz has shown successfully this season and continues to prove the mare's consistence form.

"Heather has done a tremendous job with the mare and continues to find her potential. It's exciting to watch the harmony and elegance they show, the mare is always happy and has an admirable work ethic. They are unbeaten in competition together and consistently the High Point Champions.  The mare is schooling grand prix movements now so I'm excited to see how far she can go.  I cannot thank Heather enough. We are aiming for the regional championships and possibly Devon so it's a very exciting time to watch the progress together," said Cameron.
