Current County Issues!
Judge Hotz was born and raised in Fort Smith, AR. He is the graduate of Fort Smith Northside High and the University of Arkansas Fayetteville where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance.
In 2022, Judge Hotz ran for Sebastian County Judge and assumed that position
January 1, 2023. This will be his second time to update RVCE on current county issues. Judge Hotz has approximately 25 years of business management experience, including 17 years as a business owner. He also has 10 years of experience working for the Sebastian County government. Judge Hotz served as human resources director in the County Judge's Office before being appointed County Treasurer/Collector January 1, 2020.
He and his wife Susan have 4 children and 2 granddaughters.
