The beach concert series is here! Join in the fun by volunteering on Friday, June 24, on the Oconto Falls East Side Beach. Learn more about the concert series and other Chamber news at our next membership meeting. We will meet at noon Thursday, June 16, at Grace Lutheran Church, 501 S Main St., Oconto Falls. All registered members are encourage to attend. We will be networking and discussing Chamber business. Thanks to our lunch sponsor, Oconto Electric Cooperative.

Rockin' on the Beach

We need you! Volunteer for the Music by the River Series at the East Side Oconto Falls Beach. We need volunteers to work the June 24 event, so join us for this festive community event.

Help Leadership Oconto County Create Leaders for Tomorrow
Leadership Oconto County is a 501c3 that creates leaders today for tomorrow. The organization is looking for sponsors for its 10-month program which begins in August. The program includes rigorous leadership training, a beneficial community project, and a visit to all corners of the county.

HSHS Celebrates a Century Mark
On June 1, HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls celebrated 100 years of service. Bishop David Ricken presided at a Mass of Celebration. Later in the day, a community health fair was held on the hospital campus.

Marketing Partnership
Packerland Websites and Bay Cities MultiMedia Center, Marinette, are teaming up. Bay Cities will continue to provide marketing products and manage 5 radio stations and clients’ websites.

Packerland Websites will provide website maintenance, cybersecurity, and hosting. Plus, Packerland Websites will build or rebuild any new websites for Bay Cities clients.
Community Events
Tuesday Farmers Market
The Oconto County Farmers Market is open Tuesdays from 4-8 at Highland Square, in front of Quicklube and next to Family Dollar. Stop at the Chamber booth and say Hi.
Breakfast on the Farm
An Oconto Falls-area farm will host Oconto County Breakfast on the Farm. Blasers Farms will welcome guests from 8-1 Sunday, June 12, at 9267 Highway 22, Gillett.  
Comedy in Abrams
Abrams Spotlight Productions Inc. will present “The Foreigner” a two-act comedy, June 16-19 and 23-26 at the Nancy Byng Community Theater, 5852 Maple St., Abrams. Tickets are on sale now.
Everybody needs a good laugh!
Register for Run for the Trails
Registration is open for Run for the Trails, Saturday, Sept. 24, in Oconto Falls.
Race events include a 5K, 10K and half-marathon. Proceeds are used to create and maintain recreational trails in the area. Watch for sponsor letters coming soon.

We are proud of our accomplishments to make the Oconto Falls area the best place to work, play, shop, live, and learn!

Here's what the Chamber has been up to:
  • Developing a trail system with new and renovated paths
  • Hosting the annual Run for the Trails event
  • Supporting the pickleball court resurfacing project and dog park construction
  • Offering a free concert series, “Music by the River”
  • Partnering with local organizations for the community health and safety expo
  • Sponsoring the city’s welcome signs, American flag project, Highway 22 project, Leadership Oconto County
  • Getting signage for ATV/UTV/Fat Tire Bike trails, points of interest
  • Painting the smokestack at ST Paper
  • Adding new bike racks to public locations
