A Letter from Ryan Yemm

Dear Heritage Stakeholder and Partner,

2020 started off strong for many of us in the events business, but by the end of the first quarter, everything changed. Like everyone in this industry, we quickly saw the next several month’s business evaporate. No one could have predicted that over ten months later, we would still be awaiting the restart of live events and trade shows. I want to first thank our employees who have sacrificed and worked tirelessly to keep Heritage moving, as well as prepare and improve for when we return to the show floor. We also look forward to the day when we can welcome those team members back who have unfortunately been impacted the most due to the shutdown of live events.  
 
To our partners, we are so grateful and can’t wait for the day when we get to see each other in person again. In a year like this, we are reminded of the importance of both our friendships and our business partnerships. We hope our return to the show floor is soon approaching and the days spent away from you and your events are quickly coming to an end.  With that in mind, I felt it necessary to share some of our enhancements and ensure you we will be prepared for you and your stakeholders when that time comes.

  • 100% Exhibitor Refund Policy - It’s a simple policy we’ve stood by since our beginning, but a policy that exhibitors will be concerned with as shows reopen. We are committed to continuing our industry leading policy of 100% exhibitor refunds all the way up to the point of delivery of the product or service, period.

  • Simple rate material handling pricing - We continue to provide fully transparent and industry leading blended all inclusive rate pricing structure. Heritage has always been at the forefront of only publishing a “what you see is what you pay – simple rate” material handling scale.

We realize there is still much uncertainty about our industry and its future, however history has proven that hope, optimism and perseverance during hard times is key to a better and brighter future. As we move forward together, we wish you and your family a safe and healthy, and a more “normal” 2021.
