Check out our relaunched web site!
We've updated it with a fresh look, beautiful photos, and streamlined menu. We hope it's easier to find the information you're looking for. Let us know if you have any questions or feedback.
We would not have a web site, let alone a sophisticated redesign, without our HERS hero, Lisa Stambaugh -- Web Diva and founder of
-- she's an all around volunteer extraordinaire. Please read Lisa's spotlight below!
Lisa Stambaugh, Person of Purpose
As we approach our annual gala celebration of People with Purpose, it seems more than appropriate to highlight one of our most dedicated volunteers, Lisa Stambaugh. Lisa has been honored at the PWP event in the past, but she keeps giving us reasons to be grateful. She just redesigned our web site, and consulted on a video we can use for marketing. Lisa has been contributing to HERS in similar ways since the organization was founded 20 years ago!
The expertise, efficiency, reliability, and patience with which Lisa does this work is invaluable to any public-facing organization, but often very hard for nonprofits to access or afford. We can't possibly express how grateful we are to Lisa for being such a core contributor to the success of HERS' past, present, and future endeavors. Her generosity and hard work provides a solid, effective foundation for our client outreach, awareness and education efforts, community partnerships, fundraisers, volunteer and staff recruitment, and so much more.
There are a lot of Silicon Valley stories that start in a garage, and HERS is one of them. Lisa was there from the beginning. As she tells the story, it all started ... Read the rest of Lisa's story here!
A program of the
Fremont Chamber of Commerce
We're honored to be the
Leadership Fremont Class of 2019
's nonprofit project focus. This year's group has been working diligently to produce a video highlighting our services and impact. The video will premier at our Annual
People with Purpose Gala
on May 4th.
Leadership Fremont empowers individuals to assume leadership roles while developing a collective resource and problem-solving network to address community needs today and in the future. Many thanks to this year's Leadership Team, The Fremont Chamber of Commerce, and this year's generous sponsors and donors.
