Thank You! Our community turned out in their finest pink fashions and inspired us with their generosity. People with Purpose 2018 was a smashing success -- we have almost reached $100,000 (net)! 

Everyone had lots of fun raising funds to support breast cancer survivors.Thank you for celebrating with us!

Annette Llewellyn, HERS Program Director, met with  breast cancer advocate Nancy Githoitho of Limau Cancer Connection in Kenya. HERS donated surplus bras and prostheses (originally donated to HERS) to this great organization. Spreading Hope, Renewal, Empowerment and Support around the world!

We honored our administrative and community outreach volunteers with a dinner reception at the Fremont Program Store on April 16. Thanks to Annette Lewellyn, we all enjoyed a homemade pasta dinner. Volunteers also receive a small potted plant as a thank you gift.

Speaking of fun fundraisers, HERS participated in Tri Valley SOCK's annual Bras for a Cause event on April 28. Always a fantastically silly day. We appreciate everything this group does for cancer survivors!
