President Message -  Jack Mercica
July  2018

As we recently celebrated 2 major National Holidays, Memorial Day and Independence Day and 1 minor one (Flag Day on June 14th) we can all be grateful that we live in this wonderful country, in spite of all the challenges we face. Make no mistake about it. We are a force to be reckoned with. And we will never tire of letting the Liberal Leftist in our midst know that we are here and we will NOT go silently into the night. If there is any doubt about that all we need do is to be reminded of November 6th, 2016 when Donald J Trump became our new President. Against all odds, the silent majority spoke up.

From My Prospective - Carolyn Gonzales
America, America Where Art Thou

In the depths of human nature hidden beneath the layers of humanity, of charity, of community, and of love, there sits a dormant, but powerful force. After all the understanding, the tolerance, and the abuse has been endured, it rises to the surface, blinded with rage. It is beyond hatred, it is beyond control, it is survival, and there are no parameters strong enough to contain its fury. It is dangerous, civility has been erased, leaving only the remnants of what once was.

Candidates to Follow

Mark Meuser
Secretary of State

Of all the offices we will be voting for this November, Secretary of State will be one of the most important offices to fill.  We must do all we can to insure that Mark Meuser is our next SOS.

Judge Steven Bailey
Attorney General

We have a lot of work to do to help Judge Bailey get elected to be our next Attorney General.  We cannot afford to have the left continue to run this state.

Remembering Nancy Magnusson
Nancy Hewitt Magnusson
W e received the sad news that our dear friend and former member, Nancy Hewitt Magnusson has passed away.
Nancy and Chuck for many years could always be found at the Republican HQ helping with putting together flyers and greeting visitors. She was a breath of fresh air.
Her life was spent volunteering. serving on the Board of directors at PVHMC, at Pilgrim Church, Citrus College, Kappa Alpha Theta, the DAR, etc.
Nancy truly loved to entertain and hosted happy hour on their porch.  All were welcome.
She will be missed and remembered for her bigger than life personality! RIP 8/11/1935 to 7/1/2018

Proposition Madness November 2018
The Proposition are coming! Proposition are Coming!

Much let Paul Revere sounded the alarm that the British were coming, we are sounding the alarm for the Propositions that will be on the November Ballot. We will do our best to break them down to make them understandable. We are already aware of the GAS Tax repeal statement that will give most of the vote masses a warm fuse feeling to try and keep the gas tax in place so there is no time like the present to starting talk to people about the "half truths" that will be told about about them and do our best to educate people to see the truth.

Below is 3 bills that are being considered in Sacramento. I loving call it "Sacromental"!

AB 398 -the Cap & Trade extension for another 10 years at least.  Raises gas prices every time "credits" are purchased, as the public is forced to pay for the bribery of the legislature.  Bribery because they are paying the government that is so concerned about pollution so that they can pollute more.

AB 1668 -The "Water Conservation" bill which demands that we are limited to 55 gallons of water per day per person in any and every household.

This is conservatively 1/4 of what we ordinarily use and is futilely aimed at reducing consumption.  Fines will occur when we cannot meet the standard.  The fine will be placed on the water supplier and be passed along to the consumer.  $1000 to $10,000 per day depending on drought conditions established by the governor and his hand selected panel. When you hear the word "Sustainability" is the the warm fuse word for rationing.
(Rationing is the controlled distribution of scarce resources, goods, or services, or an artificial restriction of demand.)

AB2943 -A ban on the use of any book that shows that homosexuality is wrong.  This includes the Bible and Catholic Catechism classes, as well as any Bible study group in any Christian sect.
