Chambers Plan Changes in Effect as of April 1, 2025

We wanted to remind you about a number of important plan changes:

Arcora now offers Leadership Coaching under Business Assistance Services (BAS).

At no extra cost, Arcora will provide three hours per year of one-on-one personalized professional development to one business owner (or head of the organization) in your firm, helping to strengthen decision-making, enhance resilience and build or expand upon a thriving business. You can access this coaching through your firm’s my-benefits® ADMIN account.

Hugr, our digital mental health app, is now only available to members covered under the Plan’s Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). However, Arcora has kindly agreed to continue providing access to those members without EAP who have existing Hugr accounts predating April 1, 2025, ensuring no one currently using it will lose access.

Critical Illness insurance now offers higher maximum options for children, a Hospital Cash Benefit, and we have removed the 30-day survival requirement – payment of the benefit will be made upon confirmation of a diagnosis of a covered condition.
