Cost Plus

Effective August 1, 2025, the Chambers Plan Cost Plus program rates will be changing. This is the first increase in fees since the inception of the program over 20 years ago but is necessary to ensure its long-term sustainability.

For firms with Extended Health and/or Dental benefits, the new administration fees will be 8% of the claimed expense up to a maximum of $200.

If your firm does not have Extended Health and/or Dental benefits, the administrative fees will remain at 12% of the claimed expense with no maximum charge.

More information about Cost Plus and how to submit claims can be found on my‑benefits® for Plan Administrators.

Part-time employees are a staple to many businesses. Now business owners can choose to include all part-timers under their Chambers Plan benefits, provided they’re permanent employees who work at least 15 hours per week.
