If your Plan includes Travel Health Coverage, you and your employees can travel worry-free.


Many countries and service providers require you to have medical insurance while you travel. Just log into my-benefits and, in the left navigation under Benefits, click on Travel Letter. It’s available 24/7 to download and/or print and confirms all the necessary coverage details for you, your spouse and your dependents.


While you’re in there, take a minute to download your benefits card, which includes travel coverage contact information. Carry this with you in case of an emergency where you find yourself without online access to my-benefits. And if you’re just not feeling great and want to talk to a doctor, your Plan’s Healthcare option gives you access to non-urgent, virtual care within the US and Canada through Teladoc telemedicine.

Dealing with Winter Depression

Research finds exposure to sunlight within one hour from waking up in the morning to be helpful. People should open their blinds at home, sit beside a window, and definitely should try to get outside for a walk.


Of course, exercise is always a positive tool to benefit mental health and raise energy levels. It’s also helpful to follow a regular sleep pattern, eat healthily, and ensure people have enough vitamin D in their diet.


Like any other serious illness that impacts peoples’ lives at work and off the job, asking for help, even when a person just doesn’t feel like themselves, can be the first step toward getting back on track.

Updating Salary Changes is Now Easier


We are pleased to announce the launch of a new salary update function in my-benefits®. Now you can download a template and update multiple salaries off-line. Once the changes are made, you can upload the document, which will update all the salaries at once. Here’s how it works. (Please note, this function does not apply to clients who use Tandem or HRIS).



Go to Update Employee Earnings on my-benefits.ca and, from the box in the top-right, download the Excel template for earnings changes.
