The Arive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps you effectively protect and support your biggest asset—your people.
With access to Arive EAP services employees can access nutritional guidance under the shared 12 hours of counselling support from a registered dietitian.
This guidance can be in relation to (but isn’t limited to) healthy eating, support in managing chronic disease, digestive disorders, emotional eating, nutritional support during pregnancy, supporting healthy weight gain/loss and sports nutrition.

Preparing for Travel
NEW Travel Letters!
Included under the Extended Health options is Voyage Assistance travel coverage for medical emergencies when plan members travel outside their province.
Some countries and service providers require travelers to provide confirmation of medical coverage.
While this previously would have required a request to the Chambers Plan, members who need this information can now access such a letter simply by logging into my-benefits and, in the left navigation under Benefits, clicking on Travel Letter.
Provider eClaims
Extended Healthcare providers (massage therapists, physiotherapists etc.) registered with the TELUS Health eClaims service can submit claims electronically on behalf of their patients who are insured under the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan®.
Your provider will need to know your Chambers Plan Firm and Certificate numbers.

Chambers Plan Renewal April 1, 2024
April 1st marks the annual renewal of your Chambers Plan coverage. Premiums are adjusted for the coming year to reflect changes in individuals’ ages, adjustments to provincial Dental Fee Guides, costs associated with medical trends, and any revisions to government health plans. This edition of Plan News highlights these changes for you and celebrates some important Plan enhancements of the past year.
Everything You Need to Manage Your Employee Benefits Plan

The easiest way to administer your firm’s Chambers Plan group benefits is with www.my-benefits.ca.
 Manage administrative tasks quickly and accurately – from adding employees and updating earnings to calculating payroll deductions. If you’re not registered, please do so at www.my-benefits.ca. If you choose not to register now, the Firm Guide and the Administrators tab found on chamberplan.ca provides you with the information and tools you’ll need to manage your program.
Recently hired a new employee? Add them quickly and easily using online enrolment, found on my-benefits.ca. Just fill out the Employer sections, have the employee complete their section, and submit!
