HFHC Commitment to Health & Safety

Holland Free Health Clinic (HFHC) is dedicated to the health and well-being of our clients, volunteers, staff and community. We are closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus with information provided at the Michigan.gov/coronavirus  and Center for Disease Control websites. We are taking action to maintain a safe environment as we continue to provide health services for the local underserved.

We have taken the following Action Steps:
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: We have increased the frequency and depth of cleaning and sanitizing throughout our building.

Antimicrobial Products Available: Use of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe encouraged to everyone entering our building.

HFHC Staff and Volunteers have been instructed to:
  • Limit unnecessary personal contact including handshakes, practice social distancing
  • Promote and use appropriate coughing and sneezing protocol and tissue disposal
  • Follow proper person hygiene measures and hand washing protocol
  • Stay home if they are sick
  • Report any possible exposure to coronavirus immediately

Clients, volunteers or staff who feel sick and exhibit fever, cough or difficulty breathing are asked to avoid HFHC and seek appropriate medical care. They may reach HFHC by phone at (616) 392-3610.

We are also working on contingency plans to prepare for possible disruptions to the day to day operation of our organization. We remain committed to our mission and providing dental, vision, mental health, medication assistance, diabetic support, chiropractic care, foot care, hearing assistance, and spiritual care to the local underserved.
