HFM has just launched our new look at https://www.hfmonline.org. It’s now even easier (we hope!) to find information about our organization and to learn about exciting new events and happenings at the same time. With better navigation and more in-depth information, we hope you love it as much as we do. We’d love to hear your feedback too, so please kick off your shoes, grab a snack and take a look around:

Click Here to RSVP  for the Women's Bloom in Wellness Luncheon!

Mental Health Awareness Month was established in 1949 to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in Americans’ lives and to celebrate recovery from mental illness. For more than 20 years, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has recognized Mental Health Awareness Month (MHAM) every May to increase awareness about the vital role mental health plays in our overall health and well-being and provide resources and information to support individuals and communities who may need mental health support.

This week we recognize aging joyfully! Consider your passions and interests and pursue something that brings you happiness and fulfillment. Remember that mental health support is available to you if you need it. Visit samhsa.gov/resources-serving-older-adults to learn more. #MHAM2024
