Alicia Gordon, Manager 

Alicia has over 20 years of extensive nursing experience including ICU and Quality, 9 years in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program development and implementation.   

Alicia earned her CCDS certification in 2009, her CDIP in 2014 and her CCS in 2015. Alicia is an AHIMA ICD10 CM/PCS trainer.

Alicia is known for her integrity, ability to build collaborative relationships, fostering physician engagement and ability to develop/mentor new Clinical Documentation Specialists to success.

Prior to working at MazarsUSA, Alicia worked as a CDI Manager of Operations for HCA Intensive Care Consortium and as a Corporate CDI Director for 2 healthcare systems.  Alicia successfully managed and reinvigorated established best-practice CDI programs in academic medical centers and community hospitals.  She also implemented new CDI programs and developed CDI/coder and physician educational programs.

Alicia serves on the ACDIS Forms and Tools Committee.

He has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and has served in a variety of leadership, operational, and business development roles, most recently as the president of the Navient affiliate company, Student Outreach Solutions, Inc. (SOSi). Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in business administration from Marian College.
Terri Meier CHFP, SMC, CSBI is currently the System Director Patient Revenue Cycle at UC San Diego Health, providing leadership for the build and implementation of UCSDH's Single Billing Office (SBO). Terri has worked exclusively in healthcare for 38 years serving in multiple leadership roles as well as healthcare consulting.
Prior to UCSDH Terri spent 4 years as the Director, PFS and Director Professional Billing Organization for Stanford Health Care and the prior 12 years as the Director, Revenue Cycle Operations for Oregon

In support of YWCA San Diego, HFMA San Diego members are participating in the 11th Annual Fundraising and Awareness Walk. October 13, 2018 10:00 am to 1:30pm

Bring all the men in your life, family, and friends to raise awareness of domestic violence and speak out against this serious issue in a unique, lighthearted way.

Everyone and every shoe is welcome -heels optional, not required

Following the walk, we will celebrate with live entertainment, fresh Mediterranean fare provided by Luna Grill, and interactive games for all ages.
