    Topic/Agenda:

Over the last decade, responsibility for health care costs has shifted dramatically, with even insured patients shouldering a larger burden than ever before. Research and analysis show that the rising financial burden of health care is causing a steady decline in the patient experience, and putting patients' health and hospitals' revenue at risk.  Understanding the patient's perspective is a key component to getting patients to pay their obligation. This session discusses several key components of implementing an approach to consumer driven health care that keeps patients happy while keeping facilities financially viable.
    Target Audience: Providers
