A New Physician and Key Healthcare Employee Recruitment and Retention Strategy.  Register

Speaker: David Alemian, Vice President, Capital Crest Financial Group Bio

The goal of this webinar is to provide attendees with a new and powerful recruitment and long term-retention tool.  The speaker will cover the 2013 and 2014 American Medical Association studies that reveal "Having enough money to retire is the top financial concern among all US physicians".  Looking at history, attendees will see how the "Greatest Generation" came back from WWII, and then spent their entire careers with the same company because of the pension benefits.   Back then, pensions were very costly, and often underfunded.   The speaker will show attendees a new way to fully-fund a pension plan, using special financing from banks such as Wells Fargo.  The presentation will compare high physician and key employee turnover costs, to the lower out-of-pocket costs of financing a pension plan.

Learning Objectives:

Attendees will understand the following:
  • How to attract and retain over the long-term, top physicians and key healthcare employees to your healthcare organization.
  • Why this new approach will work regardless of where a healthcare organization is located.
  • Why the Affordable Care Act makes the successful recruitment and retention of top quality physicians and key healthcare employees more important than ever.
  • How to create a pension plan for physician and key employee recruitment and retention.
  •
