Exhibitor packets containing your allotment of tickets and exhibitor passes are now available for pick up at the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS (GMAR) office in Wauwatosa. PLEASE NOTE: In order to pick up your packet, your show invoice must be paid in full and your certificate of insurance and WI DOR form must be on file. GMAR office address and operating hours are as noted below:

If you do not pick your packet up in person, you can pick them up at the Expo Center during move-in.

Please note that HGS hours have been adjusted this year based on feedback from exhibitors and the timing of box office ticket sales. New for 2024, the show will close at 7PM on Fridays and Saturdays:

Advance purchase parking passes are available through the fair park online or on-site at the exhibitor services office (dock hallway immediately inside door A):

• ONLINE: Single day parking is $8 for exhibitors versus $10 at the gate.
• DURING MOVE-IN: $8 during move-in at the exhibitor services office immediately inside dock door A.
