HHFDC is pleased to announce that the Hale Kamaʻāina Single Family Mortgage Program (Program) mortgage interest rates are now available. The rates are distinguished by loan type (government or conventional), and if the borrower chooses to receive down payment assistance (DPA). See tables below.

You may begin reserving loans as of Monday, November 24, 2025. Closing of the loans cannot occur until after December 17, 2025. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to a strong launch. For lenders to submit loan reservations, they must be approved by HHFDC, The Money Source, and complete eHousingPlus training. Click here for lender onboarding information.
