HHPNC's Sustainability Committee
The Sustainability Committee aims to make Highland Park a more sustainable community through education, engagement, and collaboration between public officials, community organizations, and stakeholders.

Our committee is currently looking into:
  • Reduction of waste in our community,
  • Protection of trees at risk of being removed
  • The environmental quality of York Park and the surrounding area.

We need to hear from the community, the environmental concerns you have, and the ideas for ways to reduce our impact on the environment and improve the quality of our air, land, and water. We invite you to get involved by attending our next meeting!

Sustainability Committee meeting October 8 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm at Coco’s Bakery Restaurant at 6040 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042. Agenda will be posted online by October 3.
