The Results Are In!

Thank You For Completing The 2021 HHS Employee Satisfaction Survey!
Our 2021 HHS Employee Satisfaction Survey results are in, and we are excited to share them with you.

Thanks to everyone who completed the survey. Of the total responses received, 31.8% were submitted by staff from our Family Investment Administration. Team members in Behavioral and Community Services provided 29.2% of responses, and Family Services contributed 15.3%.
Your responses help us to identify and highlight our successes, and hone in on and address areas of needed improvement. We look forward to using these responses as we work to grow a stronger HHS for all of our team members.

Again, thank you to all survey participants, and special thanks to the Recruitment and Retention PQI Subcommittee for their support in reviewing the results.

The clubs were sent on a meandering international journey before ending up in a warehouse in the U.K., where they still sit two months later. But his story isn’t unique, across Europe airports have turned into luggage graveyards as under-staffed airports struggle with surging passenger levels...

Service Spotlight
The fiscal year 2022 (July 2021 through June 2022) was busy for the staff in Children’s Services and a joyous time for 46 children that the team was able to place in “Forever Homes.” These children will grow up knowing the love, warmth, comfort, adventure, and joy of Family! Our dedicated Children’s Services staff worked diligently with foster and biological families, judges, attorneys, and a host of other partners
to finalize homes for the 46 children previously in our care. Many of the finalized adoptions included groups of siblings; relatives adopted eight children; five adoptive families had previously adopted children, with two of those families adopting a previously adopted child’s sibling.
We applaud this team for their hard work and commitment to our children!
