Webinar: Put knowledge into practice, says Friedman
HISA members heard
Dr Charles Friedman from the US live on webinar this week with a talk on the concept of the Knowledge Grid. Dr Friedman, the Professor of Information and Public Health at the University of Michigan, described linking "data to knowledge" and "knowledge to practice". He said current biomedical knowledge had to be made computable. There needed to be an open, scalable biomedical knowledge ecosystem and a way to connect knowledge (best evidence) to practice, he said. To hear the full story visit the HISA
