Sponsored by the American Library Association, this week is an annual celebration highlighting the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library workers play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities.
April 9th is National Library Workers Day - a day for library staff, users, administrators and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers . We would like to thank ALL of you for your incredible time and effort you put into your work everyday. Without you, libraries could not function. Spring is in the air! Time for site visits!
Now that we are seeing the last of the snow and the return of the sun and warming temperatures, it is time for site visits! Molly would like to set up visits to our member libraries to see how SCRLC can serve your individual needs, as well as assisting you with training, outreach, and continuing education opportunities.
In the coming weeks, you will receive an email from Molly, but in the meantime, if you would like to schedule one, please feel free to email her at mbrown@scrlc.org .
