Join the Ho’ōla Nā Pua Team for the 2023 HLTA Charity Walk!
In 1978, the Hawai`i Lodging & Tourism Association members voted to extend the reach of support offered by the Walk's fundraising capability. The Visitor Industry CHARITY WALK is the result of this decision. Since its inception in 1978, over $40 million has been raised and helped hundreds of local charities throughout the State.
The 2023 Visitor Industry Charity Walk is going to be held in-person
on May 6, 2023!
- Ala Moana Shopping Center will be designating a small amount of free parking spaces. Once filled, there will be a fee to park. You may be able to find parking in the beach park itself, but it will probably fill up quickly.
- Onsite registration opens at 5:00 a.m.
- Breakfast will begin at 6:00 a.m.
- There will be lots of free water bottles handed out along the route, so you don’t need to worry about bringing water.
- Walk begins at 7:00 a.m.
- There will be lots of food along the route, and lunch will be provided at the end, pizza, hot dogs, and salad.
- Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen!
