Free Screenings during Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
HMAA wants to support members in staying healthy by helping with disease detection and prevention. Especially now during Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, we are promoting preventive screenings for colorectal cancer, the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S. Although it is one of the deadliest forms, it can be cured if caught early. Screenings are key to early detection.

As part of our screening and prevention program, HMAA is offering a free at-home test kit to members between ages 45 and 75 who have not had a sigmoidoscopy in the last 5 years, a colonoscopy in the last 10 years, or an at-home test in the last 12 months according to our records. Eligible members may request a kit online or contact our Customer Service Center .
