Hello Community Partners,
The annual Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Sheltered Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is now underway! We are gathering data about all clients who were either temporarily or permanently housed on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025. If you are unfamiliar with the HIC & PIT, please review our HIC and PIT Information Sheet.
The Data & Analytics Department is working hard to ensure that we collect accurate and complete data. Our team will be reaching out to temporary or permanent housing programs via email to confirm your program's housing inventory. The email will include your program's inventory that is currently recorded in HMIS and instructions on how to update your inventory with the HMIS Team. In anticipation of our requests, we highly suggest that you review your HMIS data by running your program roster [GNRL-106] Program Roster and specifically reviewing:
- All your clients who slept indoors in the night of the Sheltered PIT Count (1/29/25) must have a housing service entered HMIS.
- Any of your clients who were in permanent housing must have move-in dates entered their program enrollment.
