New Job Aid: [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report

The HUD Annual Performance Report (APR) is a mandatory requirement for all HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) funding recipients. It comprises tables that present data on service levels, data quality, and client outcomes. The APR not only provides valuable information on demographic data quality but also offers clear metrics to assess program effectiveness.

The APR is a comprehensive tool to evaluate program performance and make informed decisions for improved service provision. Check out our new [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report Job Aid to learn how to run this report for yourself.

Submit your feedback via Zendesk Survey

We recently launched our new ticketing system Zendesk! Read more about it from our announcement earlier this month: HMIS E-Blast Zendesk Implementation.

Don't forget to share your valuable feedback after you connect with HMIS to resolve your system questions! Your input matters, and your thoughts can help improve the platform for everyone. Below is the email you will receive to submit your comments:

Tips and Tricks: Logging into HMIS

Attention HMIS users! Please be aware that inactive accounts are subject to deactivation after 30 days of non-use. To ensure uninterrupted access to your account and the valuable resources within HMIS, we encourage you to log in regularly. If your account does become inactive, you will have to email HMIS so we can manually reactivate your account.

Additionally, please note that excessive incorrect password attempts can lead to banning of your account for up to an hour for security reasons. If your account is locked, you can either wait until you are no longer banned or contact HMIS for assistance. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We kindly request you to safeguard your login credentials and use them responsibly.

If you have any concerns or need assistance, our support team is ready to help you. Check out the images below to see the two different messages you will receive if your account is inactive or banned.

Inactive Account

If you do not log into HMIS every 30 days, the system will automatically inactivate your account for security reasons. Contact HMIS to regain access.

Banned Account

If you accidentally fail to log in three times, HMIS will lock you out of the system for an hour. Either try again later or contact HMIS to help you regain access.
