A Message From Mr. Mills

What's Happening In October

October 2023

Message from our Principal:

We are off to a fast, yet incredibly satisfying start to this year. We couldn't have done so without the continuous support from our Stallion community! Our students are doing a great job with both academics and behavior and our teachers are engaging the students with high-quality instruction in the classroom every day. Their growth is apparent and we are excited about the things to come.

As we move forward into the year, we know that communication between parents and teachers is increasingly important. Please make sure the phone number and email we have on file for you are accurate. We encourage you to check Progress Book regularly for the most recent information regarding your child’s performance in the classroom. Remember, the end of the 1st grading period is Friday, October 20th.

I am excited to announce that over 150 students applied to become a member of the Principal's Advisory Committee and we will begin meetings this month. Their ideas are enlightening and I can't wait to work with them to continue our tradition and success the Stallion Way!

Upcoming we will be taking orders for Stallion gear to purchase for the holidays. You may place an order that will be available for pickup prior to Winter Break. This is an excellent chance for you to have gifts ready for yourself and your family for the Holidays.

If you have a question about what is occurring in your student’s class, please get in touch with your student’s teacher. Your child’s classroom teacher is always the place to start. If you still have concerns, then you should contact the administration staff for support. We all need to work together to benefit our students.

If you would like to contact me, my e-mail address is [email protected]. You can also reach me by phone at Harding Middle School at (740) 282-3481.

Sincerely,

Principal Bryan Mills
