Dear HMS Families,

I want to wish everyone a very happy and restful Spring Break!   I encourage all of our students, teachers, and staff to use this break as a time to relax and enjoy their days off. Everyone has done a tremendous job this year to overcome so many challenges. As a reminder school resumes on Tuesday, April 6th.

First order of business: We are inviting 4th-grade parents to join us either Thursday, April 8th at 12:30 pm or Friday, April 9th at 9:15 am for our 4th Grade Parent Informational Meeting (you only attend one).  As many of you know, the time after spring break really tends to "fly-by" and before you know it summer is here!  ELA state testing wraps up on April 19th and then onto Math & Science testing. The 4th 8 weeks will come to an end on April 30thand Maymester starts Monday, May 3rd to finish out the year. Our CCP students will travel to the high school for a week to experience their first college credited course.

Let's stay focused on the goal and finish this school year Stallion Strong!!!

If I can ever be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact me. My e-mail address is  bmills@rollred.org or you can reach me by phone at Harding Middle School, (740) 282-3481.

Sincerely,
Principal Bryan Mills

  • Turn in your physician referrals if your child failed the vision screening and/or hearing screenings
  • Please keep up with your child's dental care. Complete Dental Care takes all insurances so call for an appointment right away since the dentist did not come to the schools this year.
  • Your child's immunizations need to be sent into the office any time your child gets a vaccine.
  • 6th-grade Parents- Your child needs a Tdap vaccine and a Meningococcal vaccine for entry into the 7th grade. These can be obtained now. If for any reason your child can not receive these vaccines, please stop by the main office to sign an exemption form.
  • Remember to wash those hands... 20 seconds with soap and water!!!
