HOC's New Art Contest
Put your artistic talent to work and express your vision of what “Building What’s Next - Together” means to you.
Is it a feeling? Is it about an actual place – a building, where you live or learn or work? Or is it a personal or family goal or achievement that you’re working toward?
This art contest is open to all HOC youth, adult and senior residents.
Entry deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026.

Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship
If you are a graduating high school senior planning to attend a college or university this fall and you or your parent/guardian(s) reside in an HOC assisted housing unit, then you are eligible to apply for the Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship.
Selected students can receive a scholarship of up to $5,000.
Applications will close on May 15, 2026.
