Pop-Up Wednesdays Offer STEAM Fun for HOC Youth
Join HOC Academy and Mad Science for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Pop-Up Wednesdays for just $5 per student, per session!

Grades 1-5 Sessions | 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Grades 6-8 Sessions | 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Six-Week HOC Media Club
Stu dents in grades 8-10 who want to showcase their creativity by writing scripts, directing, filming and producing video are invited to join HOC Academy's Media Club!

HOC Academy invites students, grades 9-12, with a strong interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Mathematics for an overnight trip to The Big Apple!

As part of this educational trip, students will visit the City University of New York's Advanced Science Research Center to see STEAM concepts in action! Space is limited.

Join researchers from the Army Research Lab and cadets from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point for a full day of hands-on learning about Sphero Robotics! Breakfast and lunch is included!

Parents are invited to an information workshop to learn about STEM programs, internships and scholarships from U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the Army Research Lab.

  • The Fatherhood Initiative is open to any father that has children living in HOC housing, participating in HOC housing programs, or on the HOC waitlist regardless of age.
