PIRHL Construction is in the final stages of construction on Cary Senior Living, which is set to be completed by November 1st. This new development, which is co-sponsored by HODC and PIRHL Development, is a three-story apartment building with affordable one and two bedroom rental units for seniors aged 62 years or older.
The building is designed to comply with Passive House energy efficiency standards and will feature a community room, fitness room, library and game room, laundry facilities, and on-site property management. Additional unit amenities will include a dishwasher and microwave. All 62 apartments are reserved for households earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
