The Housing Authority of the Borough of Cliffside Park will be opening up their waitlist and providing new applications for the Senior Complex at 500 & 550 Gorge Road for studio and one-bedroom apartments. This is effective as of Monday, July 7th.
Note: Those who have previous filed will remain on the waiting list.
It is recommended that applicants apply online. The link to the portal is here at: Online portal page.
You will need to create an account in order to access your online portal.
Online applications are currently being accepted and must be submitted no later than July 25, 2025, before 4:30 PM. Applications submitted after 4:30PM will NOT be accepted.
If you need in person assistance, a limited number of applications will be available when you visit:
